If you are brand new to diamond art, you might like to look into and invest in it: YouTube is a great resource to learn the "How To's." Invest in a light pad if you don't have one. They are very inexpensive, and you can find them on Esty at a reasonable price: a good magnifying glass is available on Esty. Try a light pen as an alternative. These items are NOT part of your kit.

If you order the smaller canvases, you will not have the clarity of the picture. It is recommended that you order 30X30 or larger for the most precise images—the larger the canvass size, the more clarity of the image.

Our diamond art canvasses are made to order, and production is produced and shipped from China. Therefore, we expect delivery times to be between 3 to 4 weeks typically. I am always available to help you with questions or to help you track your package. If this is a gift, allow enough time for shipping.

Canvasses ordered from my shop are made to order and may take a few days for production. When the canvass is ready to ship you can be assured that it is freshly made and the surface of the canvass is very sticky, as it should be. We want your purchase to be in perfect condition when you receive it. Special orders take around 3-4 days longer than usual as the setup is different.

If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, please "message Sharon," and we will try to fix it. I would appreciate it if you addressed it first rather than leaving a bad review. Most problems can be addressed without upset or anger. I will do my very best to make things right.
