2. Fill in the personalization box with the text you would like engraved on the photo. Also mention the position of the text (Top or bottom of photo).

2. Send us your photo via etsy messages .

The background of your image will be removed using state-of-the-art software, making the subject the only portion of your image to be etched into the crystal. Keep this in mind when scaling your image as when the background is removed, you may have more empty space than originally desired.

Note: For best results, images with high contrast and good separation from the background tend to look the most dynamic.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, once the design process has been started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. There will not be any exceptions made as there is cost associated with every single phase of the design process.
